Prince of Chumphon Shrine (Sairee Beach)

Night Market (Chumphon Town)

Thung Wa Len Beach (Thung Wa Len Beach)
While not the very best beach in Chumphon, it is definitely the most popular due to the availability of accommodation, restaurants and now a few bars as well.
The beach is 15 km ca. from Chumphon Town.

Sairee Beach (Sairee Beach)
This beach is very popular with Thai tourists, more for the presence of the much revered Prince of Chumphon Shrine than for the beauty of the beach itself.

Caves
In my explorations around Chumphon I found more than 30 caves, both large and small. The most famous of them, Rap Ro cave, is hardly worth more than a short trip. The largest (and best) cave is Pissadarn Cave, 30 km north of the town near Kapo Waterf CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE
Jungle and mountains
If you want to go around by yourself by motorbike you can try to go to Khao Talu.

Patho River Rafting
This is something you can in a day. It’s very pleasant in the rainy season, more of a ´river walk´ in the dry.

Waterfalls
Kapo Waterfall is nice, especially in the rainy season or immediately after, but hardly a big waterfall.

Namtok Kapo Forest Park
